COMPTON CANNOT WAIT FOR POCONO:
"I absolutely cannot wait for this race.  This is one race on the calendar that I’ve looked forward to all year.  I really used to enjoy racing at Pocono and I always ran well there in a (NASCAR Sprint) Cup car.  We tested there a few years back and ran really well.  I’m really looking forward to the race because I know we have a good truck and I think we have a really good shot at getting our No. 60 SafeAuto Insurance / Starbeast Motorsports Chevrolet in Victory Lane.”

COMPTON GAINS TEAMMATE FOR POCONO:
Turn One Racing announced Tuesday that Chase Mattioli, the 20 year-old grandson of Pocono Raceway owners Dr. Joe and Rose Mattioli, would make his first career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series start in the Pocono Mountains 125, driving the No. 64 Chevrolet as a teammate to Stacy Compton.  “We are really excited to work with this outstanding up-and-coming young talent this weekend at Pocono Raceway,” said Stacy Compton, owner of Turn One Racing. “We have had a lot of success this year with Narain Karthikeyan driving for us, and it will be great to see this remarkable young man be successful in our trucks. We have always had the intention of expanding our team to a two-truck operation and there is no better time than now to make that happen. Pocono Raceway is Chase’s home track and we are really excited about the chance to put him in top-quality equipment in front of his hometown crowd.”

NEW TRACK FOR TRUCKS BUT NOT FOR STACY COMPTON:
Saturday’s running of the Pocono Mountains 125 will mark the inaugural visit of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series to the 2.5-mile track, which is one of the trickier tracks on the schedule.  Even though it’s the first visit for the series to Long Pond, Penn., it will not be the first visit there for Stacy Compton.  Compton will make his 6th career start at Pocono Raceway on Saturday.  Compton has five previous starts at Pocono in a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) car between 2000 and 2002.  Compton’s best qualifying effort came in the Fall of 2001 when he qualified 17th while driving for Mark Melling.  Compton’s best finish came in the Spring race earlier that year when he took the checkered flag in 23rd position.  Besides logging 911 laps in competition at Pocono, Compton has also participated in several test sessions at the 2.5-mile “Tricky Triangle” which should give him an edge over his competition this weekend.

ABOUT SAFEAUTO INSURANCE COMPANY:
SafeAuto offers you quality, low cost, state required minimum limit car insurance at a price that is affordable.  SafeAuto Insurance Company started in Ohio in 1993, and because of their unique approach to car insurance, they quickly expanded into other states: Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Illinois, Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri.  So what makes SafeAuto’s approach to car insurance so unique?  Simply put, they are a direct-to-consumer auto insurance company.  While that may sound complicated, it’s really not.  It means they don’t rely on a middleman to sell SafeAuto coverage.  Instead, they appeal to consumers, through television, radio, billboard and print advertising.  And that saves you money.  With SafeAuto, you’ll be able to meet the legal requirements for a price that won’t break your budget.  It’s this philosophy that truly sets them apart… something they call… Keeping you Legal For Less!  For a free quote, call 1-800-SAFEAUTO or visit www.safeauto.com
